HOUSE REGULATIONS

1. Our deliveries are based on the terms and conditions of payment and delivery from the Association of the German Home Textiles Industry (Konvention der Deutschen Heimtextilien-Industrie e.V.) for carpet products as registered with the Bundeskartellamt, in the version dated January 2002 with extended and enhanced retention of title.
